Within FCP the agency can seek approval from the client. The asset is uploaded, shared with the customer, who can then annotate the asset or circulate for further comment and approval, where required. The client is able to reject an asset and version control is managed within the system. Once completely satisfied, the client can sign off the asset for use. The audit trail of the approval is recorded within the system. The asset is then auto published into our Brand Asset Management platform, Morillian® BAM. Here it can be circulated to multiple departments, offices or countries where it can either be used or transcreated to suit the local requirements.
The final creative asset can then be published onto Morillian® BWS, Branded Website Solution. This is a communications platform for both the OEM and the dealer. The platform provides the dealer with “freedom within fences” – with the ability to edit content and publish brand compliant billboards, manage new and used stock inventory, send out client email campaigns, link with social media and understand their usage analytics. They can choose from multiple themes and designs, therefore overcoming fear of looking like the neighbouring dealership and it can be published in multiple languages.
Our aim is to help companies save money by enabling them to create assets only once whilst ensuring they are on brand by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders to achieve approval, then they can be shared with multiple departments, agencies and countries. The approved assets can be used as a basis for transcreation.
Another important part of our SaaS products is business intelligence - (management reporting and analysis.) We have therefore built an intuitive dashboard into each of our products. These present key metrics in an easy to understand and user-friendly format, therefore helping to inform commercial decisions, saving time and money.
The visual brand asset - logo, imagery and concept, are preserved, however the text layer can be localised. In some instances imagery will also need slight amendment to cater cultural differences.
Once region specific assets have been created from the master approved asset they can then be shared and published on multiple channels and platforms. Then the next time a similar campaign is required, it can be used as a basis for amendment - saving time, money and resources.
