Approximately 150,000 young people in need of support contact The Prince’s Trust every year. Last year, the charity helped more than 58,000 young people and strives to increase this. We were approached to help improve engagement with their digital channel. This will help the charity reach more disadvantaged young people, and to provide a better experience at each stage on their journey.
We started by creating user empathy maps for each persona that interacts with The Prince’s Trust online platform. These led to the development of page wire frames and graphical templates, aiming to bring The Trust’s story to life in a way which is engaging and informative.
Oracle and InfoMENTUM are now equipped to deliver a truly engaging, young person experience, based on the Oracle WebCenter technology stack. The website will provide a seamless journey from initial contact, programme matching and delivery right through to positive outcomes. The overall offering encompasses not only the new website, but also relationship management and information systems.
