We wanted to create an engaging customer experience that would inspire the audience to take a tour of their home, and prompt them to remember all their items.
We created a 3D home contents calculator, which enables the user to configure a virtual home and build an inventory of items in each of the rooms within their home.
Our calculator has become one of the most popular links from the Home Insurance homepage on aviva.co.uk and was also recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the most innovative tools for home contents calculation.
This new tool has not only been driving up premiums for Aviva, but is also adding value to their customers.
